Individual Mindfulness Sessions

If you are a person who doesn’t like group meetings, but would like to start meditating under the supervision of a teacher, I invite you to try individual mindfulness sessions.

During our meetings you will learn mindfulness techniques and you’ll get to know more about mindfulness and how to use it in everyday life. Our sessions can be adapted to your needs.

There is also the possibility of completing the MBSR course  in an individual mode.

Sessions are held via Skype or  in person – the place will be given soon.

Your investment:

  • Skype session, 90min:  PLN 120
  • Session in person, 90 min:  PLN 150
  • MBSR course – 8 meetings + possibility of participation in a mindful day with a group :  PLN 1500
