Join us in a weekend retreat in the Polish countryside near Kraków and immerse yourself in mindfulness and meditation practices.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Friday:
6-7 pm: dinner
7-7.45 pm: a welcoming circle
7.45-8.30 pm: mindful movement
8.30-9.00 pm: meditation
9.00-10.00 pm: tea and chatting
Saturday (SILENT DAY):
7.30-8.30 am: mindful movement (gentle yoga)
8.30-9.00 am: meditation
9.00-10 am: breakfast
10.00-12 pm: free time for walks, reading, journaling, sunbathing…
12.00-12.45 pm: silent meditation
1-2 pm: lunch
2-4.30 pm: free time
4.30-6 pm: mindfulness session
6-7 pm: dinner
7-7.30 pm: evening circle and breaking the silence
7.30-8.00 pm: relaxation meditation
Sunday:
8.00-9.00 am: mindful movement+meditation
9.00-10.00 am: breakfast
10.0-12.00 pm: gratitude meditation and a farewell circle
12.00-13.00 pm: packing time
13.00-14.00 pm: lunch and goodbyes
WHERE WILL YOU STAY?
You will stay in a beautiful resort hotel ‘Nieprześnia 1’ located 40kms from Kraków where you can easily get by public transport! The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful park in which you’ll find a pond with a charming bridge and wooden pier, an orchard with hammacks and a manor house dating back to 1934. You will sleep a in double or triple room, there’s also a possibility of a single room (+140zł) , every room has got its private bathroom. While staying in Nieprześnia, you can also use its sauna and book a massage!

WHAT WILL YOU EAT?
Delicious vegetarian meals prepared from seasonal and ecological vegetables, herbs and fruit. All products come from the slow food market.
If you have any dietary preferences, please let us know in the sign-up form, so that we can adjust the food to your needs.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING WITH YOURSELF?
– your own blanket (might be needed for relaxation and body scan)
– a small pillow so that your head feels comfortable during the practices
– comfy clothes and shoes
– we provide yoga mats and meditation pillows yet if you prefer to bring your own, feel free to do so
– a thermal mug or a bottle for water/tea – there is a ban on using mugs or glasses in the yoga room
– a notebook and a pen
– curiosity and an open mind
WHO IS THE TRAINER?
Maria Opidowicz -My name is Maria Opidowicz I am a mindfulness teacher qualified by Mindful Academy and Yoga Alliance Professionals in the UK. In 2017 I created MindHarmony – a space for mindfulness and meditation practice. I work with individual clients as well as companies running mindfulness courses and meditation sessions.
I’ve been regularly meditating for 11 years and I want to show you how this simple practice can make you feel lighter, more in touch with the needs of your body and psyche and how it can help you to live better.
During my workshops I also implement the skills and knowledge I gained in over 200h of seminars and trainings in the field of personal development and body work. I am passionate about psychology, the dynamics that drive our thinking and actions and the inner world of emotions we experience.
