Mindfulness Day

It’s 6 hours of continual mindfulness practice. We immerse ourselves in mindful speaking and listening, sitting meditation, body scan, mindful movement, and mindful eating. For the most part of this time, I invite you to practice in silence to give yourself a rest from external triggers by dropping into your inner stillness and allowing your mind and body to relax.
